This policy explains how Timothy Bibb Brand Dashboard (the "Dashboard") handles information. The Dashboard is a private tool operated by Timothy Bibb to manage his own social media content.
YouTube API Services
The Dashboard uses YouTube API Services. By using the Dashboard, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Information the Dashboard accesses
When a YouTube channel owner signs in with Google and grants permission, the Dashboard can access:
• Channel information: the channel's name, handle, and basic details.
• Videos: the channel's videos and their details, including titles, descriptions, privacy settings, and scheduled publish times. The Dashboard can upload new videos and edit the details of existing ones.
• YouTube Analytics reports: performance data for the channel's content, such as views and watch time.
The Dashboard does not access giving, payment, or financial information, and does not access YouTube monetary (revenue) reports.
How the information is used
Information is used only to provide the Dashboard's features: publishing and scheduling content, displaying the channel's posts in one place, and reporting on content performance.
The Dashboard does not use this information for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it for any purpose unrelated to these features.
Timothy Bibb Brand Dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Google sign-in credentials (access tokens) and the channel data the Dashboard needs are stored on systems controlled by Timothy Bibb, with access restricted to him. Credentials are never shared or published.
Sharing
Information is not shared with anyone, except:
• Service providers that host and run the Dashboard, only as needed to operate it.
• Legal requirements, if disclosure is required by law.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept only as long as needed to provide the Dashboard's features. When access is revoked, the Dashboard stops accessing the channel, and stored YouTube data is deleted within 30 days.
Revoking access
You can revoke the Dashboard's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
